Hi I'm Mai!

Cooking and entertaining are my passions.  It started 20 years ago with my Bachelor’s degree in hospitality at UCF.  That lead me to work for some of the premier hotel and restaurant brands in Central Florida such as Darden restaurant group, Hyatt, and Wyndham among others.  It was an exceptional time that helped to refine my love of cooking and community.

Eventually, I was able to bring my love of food and outstanding customer service to a more creative venture when I opened my coffee and wine bar, C Grape.  My goal has always been to deliver exceptional service and outstanding cuisine at a competitive price.  I bring that passion into my catering business, C Grape Chef as well as when I serve my healthy Asian Fusion cuisine at Flamingo Market for lunch.The world famous Flamingo Market in Bonita Springs Florida has given me a great platform to provide elevated lunches at a reasonable cost.  Patrons are welcome to grab an ice cold beer or sip on a delicious glass of wine as they peruse the market and have a delicious and nutritious meal.
